Hacking Weird problems with M3 R

Hi,

I have two weird problems with my new M3 Real, curious if I'm the only one with these problems since searching the big bad internet didn't provide me with any answers.

1. I copied all Roms to a folder called NDS on the root of the card. I open the nds icon from the M3 menu and it just freezes at loading. This happens with any amount of roms, even zero. I can not open the nds folder with mycard as well. Loading up games from a different folder through mycard works, but no cheats, etc etc.

2. I copied pdads folder to the root of the cart, when i start pda from the menu, it crashes with a distorted screen.

I have a 8 GB sandisk card, games load really fast. I have no problems opening dpg or mp3. DLDI auto patching works.

Any clue?

Where did you find an 8GB Micro card?

Have you try formatting it first?

Look on the Sandisk site.
I formatted the card as FAT32 with windows.

EDIT:

I just tried a japanese 1 gb kingston. NDS folder works now. PDADS still crashes with a distorted screen.
This is bad, i bought the (english) M3 real because of sdhc support...

How many games are you putting in one folder? The latest firmware allows you to only have 128 roms in one folder.

With 1 or 0 or xx games in the NDS folder it still hangs at loading after clicking the nds icon.

I have these problems with both my m3 reals.

Both cards? That would seem unlikely :S Probably something to do with the files you are trying to load.

I have all newest files from handheldresources.

I tried the files from infoxdomain.com and everything works now. Weird...

This topic can be closed, my problems are gone ;-)
