Hacking weird problem with Wii sports resort

i am trying to get to the bottom of this. my cousin has lu64 wii, i successfully hacked it to play sports resort. we watched the video after having used alt dol method. then the game played fine. but the thing is sometimes it does not load the game at all. when it doesn't work, it goes to the options screen of neogamma. sometimes it says timeout. then you cant do anything to play until you reboot the wii. but it works sometimes. very weird. all other backuped games work no problem. i burned WSR from the same exact ISO i used to burn my copy, and mine works every time.
