Hardware Weird issue with the Wiimote lights

Ok, so you know those four indicators on the bottom of the Wiimote that all light up to get it to sync? Well, recently only three blink and now two blink. Is that normal and whats the problem?

Its the battery in your wiimote. the four lights represent each one of the "batteryblocks" that is shown on the wie when you pressing the home button.

4 = full
3 = 3/4 of power
2 = Half way down
1 = soon you need new Batts
