Weird case, have a New 3DS here couple questions, (already modded)

Figured it all, was indeed right about the whole thing, updated LUMA and restored region and installed 3hShop...

So, I got this modded New 3DS here, it was originally a NTSC (US) N3DS but was apparently swapped to Europe region...

It has been formatted, I do not know what the previous owner modded it with, was it old mods is new newer? I don't know for sure.

What would you guys do with it? Should I restore its region? (how do I make sure what native region was?) it was initially in a US Galaxy shell (was setup as from France) and I now put the board in a PAL Orange/Black shell because the screens it had were IPS. (weird fact I had to really mess with the 3D option tto have them work) If I check the infos on the orange shell, this was a model from Germany. (just the case and screens, as I said the board is from another N3ds that was an american Galaxy model)

Should I just Install FBI and load it with games and leave everything as is?

Might want to mod it with an output mod soon.
