Hacking Weird 250GB hard drives works with 249 but not 222

So i ordered a few 250 GB hard drives from ebay and the weirdest thing. They will not play the game using 222 mload but will play them using 249. Anyone see this before? WBFS format .
the USB id is 152d:2329. So it should be the same as this on on the hard drive compatibility table http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PLOML...ASIN=B001PLOML6

Oh, BTWE i am using the latest softmod guide and configurable USB loader. With 222mload everything works great until you actually try to start the game and it freezes when it tries to load the game.

Maybe old 222 version? Make sure you are using 5.0 or 5.1 base 57 or 38.
