Hacking Web browser for M3?

Hey guys, well I want to get a web browser for my DSLite. I ordered the M3lite combo for christmas, and was hoping to be able to get a web browser running on it. From what i've read, the only ones out there can only display text and not graphics. And looks like the official one for the ROM you need one of the 1 cart homebrew things. Do I just need to import one, if so, where is the cheapest to get it?
