As above, I used anyregion changer to change my Wii's JPN region to US and everything seems fine except that the weather channel isn't working. Is this a side effect? Any other bugs besides this?

That's because you still got the JP News/Weather Channel. Delete those using Any Title Deleter (See here for where they are located).

Now if you want the US News/Weather Channel, you're going to have to update. If you want to stick with 3.2U, use the update from Super Smash Bros Brawl.

The alternative is to update you're Wii and then downgrade (see the sticky guide). [IMG]

So, what you mean is use anytitle deleter to delete the weather channel, then use a game which has an update like SSBB to re-install the eng version of it?

im guessing that is what he means because i used any title to remove the weather channel and news channel and when a disk asks for an update it will reinstall them. Thats why i downgraded and installed starfal and blocked updates, but thats because i dont want thoes channels.

Pretty much. They are stored under:

    00010002: System channels

    Weather Channel - HAFA
    Forecast Channel - HAFJ
    News Channel - HAGA
    News Channel - HAGJ

Delete those then update you're Wii.
