WBFS, ISO or other? What does your collection look like?

How do you store your collection? Why? I'm going with WBFS (Wii) and ISO (GameCube) due to limited space. I might eventually switch to ISO. Should I switch now before I have a huge game collection? I'm at around 40 GB right now, mostly Wii titles.

I converted my wii iso to wbfs and it was the same exact size when I looked at the properties.

Some games are reduced in size more than others, if that's what you mean.

Converting to wbfs scrubs all the useless data from the ISO, most wii games will shrink in size because of this. there are a few exceptions to the rule tho.
