Hacking WBFS drive games copy to another WBFS drive

So I have this Iomega Select USB 2.0 500 gb and next week I will get WD PASSPORT ESSENTIAL SE 1TB USB 3.0.

Situation is this: what is best way to transfer all games from old drive to that new without using computer hard drive space and is fast too?

i think better moving from WBFS to Fat32

Okay I will do that if performance is going better then too. Like games starting bit faster and stuff like that.

P.S: Any good software to do that?

How about NTFS because I have CFG loader and games over 4gb so how I do that?
