Instantly disregard what anyone who joined after 2012 says and suggests.

Reference old users who have not logged in for ten years or more whenever possible. Make sure to compare them to current active members in order to highlight current members shortcomings.

Do not have anyone on your friends list who joined after 2012.

Ignore all profile comments from new members.

Talk abut how much better the testing area was compared to the EOF in as many EOF threads as possible.

Have a very dated IRC link in your signature even though you have not been on IRC for several years.
