just wanting a Safe/Easy way to cheat with wii games that does not hack the wii system alot and can easily update codes kinda like the r4 cheat.dat but for the wii

is there anything like that available

Get Gecko OS and Mega Code Downloader and Cheat Manager. Those apps together allow you to cheat, download codes, and manage the cheats (enable/disable them).
