There's technically a way, but it involves either:

A) Opening up the system and installing some crazy device for direct feed of the display.
B) Slapping on a camera in a box (which gives you horrible results (see this video.)

PSP-2000 supports progressive component connections (unless you use irShell via CFW, but then I can only get it to work with UMDs).
PSP-3000 works with both progressive component and interlaced composite connections.
(The cables between 2000s and 3000s are the same).
PSP Go has it's own cable and I believe comes with the system.
