Well I got an email today about my account having limited use. It seems someone deposited an instant payment of 100 dollars into my account on jun 3 and on jun 13 someone used my account to pay Microsoft a 74.99 amount (according to Google search is a scam buying MS points by using 2 pay-pals to laundry the money) now I never have balance in my account but they made me change my pw and all. Waiting on the dispute now to fix this charge. Weird fraud isn't it?

If you ever get an email from Paypal you're not sure that is from them, NEVER EVER click on a link in the email itself. Type in Paypal's address in your browser and then login in that way.

More often then not those "limited use" emails are fake and can be safely deleted. $100 isn't gonna make Paypal halt your account. $10,000, maybe.
