Gaming Warioware - Do It Yourself

I am a big fan of Warioware games, I have really been looking forward to this game, however I just saw a weird/unusual release called "WarioWare_D.I.Y._USA_NDS-2CH"

I've never heard of this release group, are they new? I only know of iND, BAHAMUT, Xenophobia. I can't see any log of it on Ludibria or Romulation. Has anyone else come across this file? It's a 6mb .RAR that unrar's to a 128mb ROM.

Has anyone got it working? If so, which flashcard?
