can some one help me to get wario ware twisted to work on emulator
i believe you can find an IPS patch somewhere
It is a motion sensor game so that is what is likely causing the issues (also you might want to fiddle with the save type options especially if you had to tweak them for another game), patches here:
For the record though not having a sensor does not help my desire to play this game in an emu/flashcart.
If you search for a ROM Hack of the game they should have enabled the D-Pad to work as the Tilt-Sensor.
Can someone let me know if its possible to beat the first Wario boss using the fix? Thanks.
Yes but it's very difficult because of the way the tilt sensor hack works. Just keep at it; took me about 5 minuites to get it to work.
(FYI this boss comes up again halfway through the game, but that time it's timed. I think it's impossible to get past that level on an emulator.)
In Smooth Moves, there's a mini-game based on Twisted!
Alright thanks for the help.
Press and Hold the B button and use the D-Pad (Tilt-Sensor) and it should go fast, well that what mine does anyway.
Kinda hijacking this topic because I was about to make a topic and then I saw this so I figured I might as well ask this. Since the chances of this game coming to the UK is pretty much nil and even when it does come out, it won't be as cheap as buying it from online stores so is this a game worth importing? Yes, I know there is a patch for the rom but from what I read, it doesn't seem as fun as shaking the GBA about does it?
It works pretty good with the patch, you need to get used to it but i completed about 6 words with it already.
now im stuck at the wario boss stage, you need to put a ball into some vase, but i cant seem to do it
Like what was said, hold down B while you do it - it makes it faster/more violent.
Harsky: Go for it. Tilting sounds way more fun, and it's a game that'll keep you quiet for hours so it's worth the money.
Dirtie: Works okay on an emulator but not so well on real hardware. Also the second Wario boss is timed, and it's hard to get it within the time limit with the hold-B patch.
Yeah, get the game if you can.... the rumble on it is excellent i must say....even navigating through the menu's, it 'clicks' which is very satisfying
its a pretty hard to find game here in Australia saw it at kmart once. It would be expensive on ebay...
Okay, for the Wario-Watch Boss you use save states or luck to get as much time by the time the boss comes. And as I said before, hold the B-button down and get ready for a intense finger bruise.
