Wanting flashcart for DS fan-translations

I have a CFW'd 3DS, and I've heard that you can get flash carts to play DS games on, but I'm kind of wary of getting scammed by unknown websites. My bank won't let me buy from anyone overseas, and I'd prefer to use paypal instead if I can.

I've heard peachDS is good and that it supports paypal. Should I go with that, or are there any others out there that I should check out?

You can use nds-bootstrap/twlloader if your 3ds is cfw'd
