Just do an update through Nintendo to kill SoftMii. Then update the HBC and install the patched IOS60 and you'll be good to go.

Make a backup with bootmii ibeforehand if you want to.

So if I have the newest cios, and i update through ninty, i can still play pirated wads on sd and nand?
