Homebrew Want to hack my 3ds on ver 9.5.0-22U

I'm supposed to have the update folder inside of updates? So i'm not supposed to have the .cia files inside the updates but in update? I'll try that.

Yeah macs make this weird _. file and a copy of it. All you should need to do is download the updates pack on windows and replace the update pack you just had

Okay thank you, i'll try that first and if I keep getting problems i'll redo it completely unless its completely unnecessary.

fuck yes!!!!! finally. Thank you guys soooo much!!! after more than 4 hours I finally got it. Sorry for bothering guys. Hopefully getting the CFW on the 3ds isn't going to be that hard. Thank you guys again. I finally got it to work.

You can. If you soft brick you can always update then downgrade again. (will need cubic ninja or oot though)

Your on 9.2? nice. I'm pretty sure you can just put the sd card back into the 3ds while it is on. Always glad too help . Let me know if you have any other troubles

remove the file in nintendo 3ds/random numbers/extdata/000002(letters) on your sd card
add this to your homebrew folder

run browserhax and then downgrade check and report back
also follow https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki for setting up cfw

yes 00002cd otherwise you may encounter bootup errors when you reinsert your sd

just 2cd. this removes menuhax because it is version specific and since you downgraded it will crash when loading since it is loading the 9.5 payloads (hence why you need to remove the sd card)
you can reinstall menuhax through browserhax for the 9.2 version

Now that I have installed menuhax on 9.2 what do you suggest I doing regarding getting a CFW and what do I gain from getting a CFW?

Also when I try to load (old) eshop it tells me that I have to update the system. Is there anyway of bypassing this?
