Hacking Waninkoko's 4.1 SM updater

cIOS sounds like one step too far for me. I just want the Trucha bug back on 4.1E. That was supposed to be like that already and the reason Waninkoko made the installers..


yeh my ole freeloader won't work anymore either after this update, i guess it's because the menu ios isn't trucha signed as well

which is kind of the reason i used waninkokos updater like yourself

my question is .. 'is this updater complete or is it only doing half the job ?'

rasputin: sounds like the latter. I guess no-one really notices because most people here have used cIOS, TBR and the like.

Ah well, after reading a bit I decided to go for it and followed xzxero's Simplistic mod (see sticky). Running fully Trucha bugged 4.1E now along with cIOS38 rev 14 and Preloader .29. I already had BootMii and made a NAND backup
