Hacking WAD uninstaller question

hi, i used the WAD uninstaller 1.1 and after i uninstalled the wads the channel list is all screwed up with blank channels (were the deleted games used to be) mixed up with the channels installed. is there a way to have my list all sorted out with the real channels all lined up next to each other isntead of having theese blank channels in between?
if there is a topic on this ...sorry but i missed it on my search.

You can drag and drop the channels as well to make the list look better. I would recommend using the wad manager as well, does both in and uninstall of wads.
