Hacking Wad Resolution changer?

For exemple a Wiiware game or a VC game....... I know it's possible to change the country region from PAL to NTSC.

But is it possible to also change the resolution with a program? from 576i to 480i ? or from 50hz to 60hz.

It may be possible by injecting waninkoko's nandloader and configuring the settings. However I think not all games support all resolutions, and some resolutions will cause problems.

For example, playing a 60hz VC game at 50hz will usually cause slowdown and stuttering, and I presume the reverse probably applies.
