Hacking Wad Question

I was wondering that if you managed to extract a wiiware wad from your nand, and then extracted the DOL file, and then tried to run it on loader, would it work? What would happen?

No, not all channels have dol files that can be extracted.

What would they use instead?

I don't know. You can open them in customizemii, but I don't think you'll find a dol, and if you do it won't load the wiiware.
