Hacking WAD Manager Question

Ok I hope some one can help me with this. I got a chance to load the "Twilight Hack" on my Wii last night everything worked great except for when I tried to install the wad manager. It could not connect to the proper site to download the files on my Wii, is the WAD Manager a crucial part of this process or could I survive with out it.

I don't remember needing the Internet when installing the wad manager, but if you need it, it's in the "Downloads" section of this site, version 1.3. I think your problem may be another section of the install (cIOS downgrade maybe?). Verify your Internet connection and try again.
