Hacking WAD Manager Not Installing Wads

I got a Super Mario RPG wad, but it's not installing. It goes through the steps such as "Installing content" and whatnot, but when I go back to the Wii Menu, the channel is not there.

Same thing happened with a Chrono Trigger wad I tried to install earlier.
I tried to install a different one that I found and it worked.

Are the wads causing this? Or is it 4.0? (I updated via the Waninkoko updater)

Try Using IOS downgrader by Waninkoko and then try installing the wad
