Hacking Wad Manager help!

After I installed the Homebrew channel v1.01, I went into the wad manager to install a wad. To my surprise, it gave me an error (-2011 I believe) and yet, I was able to uninstall a wad. This problem happened with both v1.21 and v1.3.

Please help to understand why this is occurring, as it has never happened before.
