Hi :0)

I am trying to install wads using wad lan manager 1.5. if i use ios249 it freezes and i have to reset my wii. if i use any other ios it goes through the motions but then i get ticket error -2010.

My wii is on system menu 4.2e
Drivekey is on and installed (set to block all updates)??
HBC 1.06 is installed
Gecko 1.9 installed (due to some games not loading from disc channel since 4.2e update)

Are the wads not installing because of the drivekey blocking all updates? or is it that since the update my ios's have been stubbed?

What are the simple steps to get this working pls?

thank you :0)

I also ran signcheck if this helps?

hi thanks for your reply. i already know that the error means missing ios 250, and advised to instal cios installer v38 rev 14 but concerned about bricking my wii by doing so. also my wii is hardmodded. drivekey is set to block all updates and cannot be changed back to import for some reason. so if i try to install will my wii brick or will the drivekey block any updates to wii from the cios installer anyway. meaning that trying to install an ios wont happen cos of the drivekey or is this not related at all. :0)

Did you foolishly update to 4.2 via Ninty?

If so your IOS249 is stubbed. That is why it freezes.

old versions of signcheck dont work on newer system menus. I think a new one just came out.

-2011 means you don't have trucha. Probably because Ninty was kind enough to remove it from all of your IOS files.

Follow xzxero 's guide to rehack your 4.2 Wii.

Hey thanks everyone i managed to succesfully update n re-hack my wii. it was all because of the newmod.rar pack i did not have. i had all the apps from diff locations but once i used this pack and the guide it worked like a dream :0) Thanks to the guys that put the time into the creating this stuff. Fantastic :0) :0)

I still cannot launch all games from my disc channel and have to use a loader even though my wii has drivekey. Just need to work around that again as it did work before the 4.2 update. Is there a way to re-instal an ios to a previous version that would enable all games to launch again from disc channel.

Thank you :0)

Hm makes sense, if I were to guess the number 1 problem of VR porn would be production budget
  • _Ruri_ @ _Ruri_:
It's a really small niche so it makes sense the stuff isn't super high quality
  • Skelletonike @ Skelletonike:
    Not the production itself

but rather what is needed to run it properly.
