Hardware vWii on Wii U "No Signal" on TV

sorry if this issue has already been spoken about, i had trouble finding it when i did a search. (mind you, i had no idea what i was supposed to actually search.)

that being said, when i launch my wii u, it works fine. the MOMENT i select wii menu, and boot up the vWii, it only displays on the gamepad. NOT on the TV. anybody know why?

How is your Wii U connected to your TV? HDMI, component, or composite? What is your system set to display? 1080p? If so, set it to 480p and see if that helps.

Same here, I just plugged it into a more modern TV and it worked.
