Whenever I go into a game (example: Sonic Adventure DX) in Nintendont, when it gets to the Progressive Mode screen, I can't control nor do anything except unplug my Wii U. How did this happen? How could I prevent from happening again?

Oh, okay. I had 2 Dualshock 3 [PS3] controllers connected through USB, and I had a Wii U Pro Controller charging, which is the one that I used. I had enabled the "Use USB Controllers" option enabled, and then so, i synced my Wii U Pro Controller to the Wii U, and it just have the 4 leds blink for a few seconds, and then just stay on. Oh, and for the Gamepad, just pressing a button or moving any sticks, would just not cause an effect, thus, forcing me to do an complete reboot.
