Hacking VPK files not showing up in vita shell

On my PC there is no longer a tai folder, i tried putting them in a data folder and on the root but can't find them anywhere. I'm just using windows 10 with show hidden files as I don't know how filezilla works. I tried creating folders named vpk on my ur0/ux0 in vita shell but they don't show up on my pc. How are you connecting? USB or taking sdcard out and using a reader?

If you're using USB in Vitashell it will be mounting your original Vita card unless you press start and change USB to sd2vita.
