I'm having trouble reassembling the 2.PSD Ratchet Deadlocked (PS2) file. I have voiced all the videos in the game, but not all are injected back into iso via Ps2str and SkyTools. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

How to bring the weight of 2.PSS 116 129 KB to match the original 116 145 KB ? If the video weighs less, the game hangs after playing it in the game!

to get it as close to same size as possible, in audacity you could put 5 mins of silence at the end of the clip followed by generated white noise to fill in the size than see how many seconds is a megabytes worth and do that. I wouldn't worry about the audio clip playing the white noise if the game handles audio properly by ending it at the right time.

I translated all the videos (21), and there are about 36 more in the game engine. There are a total of around 2,000 files in the game that need to be voiced over using a neural network, and I’ve only completed about 100.

In Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, I managed to insert my intro (Disney) link -> disk.yandex.ru/i/ffpy7oqBLnBdJQ into the game; the video is in .bik format and is easy to splice. But in Ratchet Deadlocked, the video and audio are in .PSS format. How can I add intro.bik to the game so that this video plays first in the game? I need instructions. Should I edit it through a hex editor?
