Is there a homebrew app that allows you to record voice data from the ds's mic onto the flashcard into a .wav file or some other filetype?

the DS headset is comming out soon in North America too =P the only thing im wondering is how good is the range on the mic or the headset? because otherwise all you'll end up record is your hands rubbing against the ds x.x

Just a guide how to record voice on DSOrganize:

    1. Create a file with the extension .wav (Either with your PC or your DS)
    2. Press Record.
    3. Save

Nitro Tracker is best in my experience, it also has features to morph it such as increase/decrease pitch and speed up/slow down.

You're forgetting, Europe doesn't get good stuff before you [IMG] The headsets have a tendency to screw up the mic already on the DS, meaning you have to use the headset always. Or the Game ones do anyway.

    Nitrotracker sounds good [IMG]
