Hacking Vitashell USB not detecting SD2vita mounted SD as ux0

So I have my SD2vita mounted as my main source of storage (ux0 and my official vita memory card as uma0:. When I use USB with VitaShell it shows on my PC official memory card (uma0 as if it was the main storage source. Is there any way to fix this? It would be silly for me to go through all this trouble to set up a large SD card for more storage if I cant even use USB to transfer stuff.

Just take out the sd card and transfer stuff to it from pc with a card reader. You can remove the micro sd with removing the sd2vita adapter
