Hacking VitaShell is corrupted (C1-2738-0), I can't fix it?

I updated to the latest version of TaiHen, R8. I was excited because you can spoof again, I logged in with my account and downloaded this months Playstation Plus games. After 5 or so minutes I open VitaShell and I get this...

The File is corrupt. (C1-2738-0)

I tried rebooting, installed R8 again, no luck.

I'm even getting Browser errors when trying to go on the internet to try and reinstall TainHen.

Any ideas?

Edit: Oh and I deleted VitaShell by mistake. Now I can't get it back.
