Or the gamecard is damaged? This is kind of a fucked up problem.
Did the previous owner have enso installed? If so did you uninstall it as well? Sounds to me like the only way to fix whatever went wrong would be to reinstall 3.70 fwYeah, it can be. I will ask my friend to try Period: Cube on her device as well. Unfortunately I bought this game after upgrading to the slim, so I couldn't test it on my previous fat Vita.
But even if the cartridge is faulty, I still don't know why I can't play some of my digital games. I will try to write about it to PSN Support. I don't think they will/could help but who knows? Can't hurt to try at this point.
Sabil: Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately I already tried it (and the wifi/bluetooth off versions of it, too), but didn't help.

Yea I'm not quite sure what went wrong, but a fresh fw reinstall should fix it. You're going to needIf I remember right, I uninstalled enso before factory resetting the device. But I would like to reinstall 3.70 if possible, something really feels wrong/off with this ofw. Would you be so kind to shortly explain me how I can reinstall it?
Thank you very much! I wanted it to be short so I wouldn't cause more problem to you when you might have much better things to do.Yea I'm not quite sure what went wrong, but a fresh fw reinstall should fix it. You're going to need
Qcma installed if you don't already have it, and also you'll need to download the 3.70 fw and xml file and put in your psv updates folder. In qcma settings it has some options for choosing fw to update to, make sure you select custom and enter 3.70. Then make sure psv can connect to qcma via usb if it does then you just need to go into recovery menu and choose update via pc from there and it should reinstall. Only updates work from regular settings menu, reinstall must be done through recovery menu. If your psv has trouble connecting to qcma you'll have to figure out what the issue is, reinstall drivers, google qcma zadig fix etc.
An old tutorial on the process here, note the differences though, such as the new settings in qcma not mentioned and to reinstall fw you must do so from recovery. The rest should be the same.

I tried to make it as short as i could
I was noob and clumsy too when I wanted to install H-encore on my Vita which have 3.65 already since years ago, never updated it since then. Luckily there is a guy that explained everything really great that you'll succeed it in a first time. I used these video's:
DON'T follow video guides by Tech James - the guy's a fucking idiot.
It's a crime that his channel is still going, when the vastly superior hacking content of Skullator has been shut down.
Yes, I uninstalled enzo. I was super stupid that I did that, if I could turn back time I would have never done that.
And yeah, I am trying force reinstalling in safe mode, but I got error code C3-3822-5. Trying to figure out what I should do to fix the problem.
I use jp for region, I wrote everything right in the xml file. I see that there is an update but when I try to intall it, this error code comes.
Edit: I solved the error message and was able to force a reinstall. Unfortunately my problematic games still can't be played so reinstalling 3.70 didn't help at all.
But at least it made me feel a lot braver and when the 3.70 hack is released, I think I will be able to install it to my device. It may sound ridiculous but I am super clumsy and noob when it comes to any softver-related things (omg you really don't want to imagine how I suffered when I hacked my PSP lol) so this experience made be braver/more experienced and I think I will be able to solve my future problems as well. c:
Thanks for all the comments, I will wait for 3.70 hack. But at least I can relax until then because I did everything I could. They didn't help, but... you know. :,D
Is the ps vita set as active for games. Can you sign into psn?
Yes, it is activated. And yes again, I can log into PSN withouth any problems (I use 2-step verification for login, in the case of Vita I have a special login password).
remove the Sony memory card you have in there then try the physical game card or download a small game to the internal memory
