Okay, ever since I reformatted my computer, fucking explorer.exe messes up and restarts.
Sometimes it just fucks up and I have to task manager to end it and reopen it.
It's just gone on for way too fucking long (5 months?)
Anybody know? I'm going to go google and keep tabs on this thread until this shit is fixed.

I'd just reinstall but maybe it is a deep registry problem

    I don't have a copy of Vista.
I might just go ahead and do a system restore, but that'd be a majorrrr inconvienence..
I've ran many many registry error fixing programs, including Auslogic's CCleaner and Boostspeed 4.

    Er, messed up my writing.
No, CCleaner is Piriform. I meant I also used Piriform Disk Defrag. Or maybe Auslogics Disk Defrag along with Boostspeed.
    Ugh. [IMG]

IMO just reinstall if you can't find the solution soon. Errors like this are a pain in the ass and suck up too much time on your part.

You should have made a backup disk when you got your computer. System restore is okay but Windows is really sensitive and sometimes doing that will mess up your computer a little bit more.

    I did, that's what I meant.
The word "reformat" eluded me at that time.

VundoFix automatically restarts the PC after removing problems
