Hacking Virginize a Wii

We have two Wii's in the house. one is my own private one (hacked), and the other is my father's Wii. Me dad said that he would like to get his Wii hacked (by me of course) if he could virginize it later, so that he could sent it to Nintendo or sell it stock if need be. I searched Google and have found only one guide on how to do this, and it was made some time ago. I do not know if it is a working guide. I came here to ask if someone could either link me to a virginize guide or give/pm me one. The wii is on system menu 4.3u and soon to be 4.1u if that helps.

New question: the guide says to update to 4.3 to remove priiloader/preloader. can i use 4.1 or 4.2 instead? thanks
also: can i get close to virginizing a wii by using restoremii to restore nands and keys when only bootmii and homebrew chanel was just installed?
