its just taking a nes game, removing the inside and fitting a hdd in it if i got it right

I don't see how, but you could always add a vent or something.

A lot of people yes. It wouldn't surprise me if my NES still works then, it would be nice to still have games to play on it, show off to the grandkids how bad life used to be before neural implants...

Does the game still work? Looks like he has to remove it...

Because most of Nes game's pcb does not take the entire space inside the cartridge... I'm pretty sure there is some room for a 2.5' drive inside very simple games like Mario bros 1.

I'm almost sure you can add a flash drive even inside big games like Castlevania 3.
