Homebrew app Project View Mobile/PC screen on the 3ds

So I want a 3DS homebrew app that shows the display of a PC/Mobile device being broadcasted to the 3DS. It will have some options. The first will be a option to auto-rotate the screen if the target mobile device changes to landscape if the device was in portrait mode. The 2nd option is if you want the screen to be interactive (touch screen) and non-interacive (3D screen). The third one will be to show a shortcut to it on the home menu. And the name of it will be called "Screen-o-Matic 2000".

In that case. You can either learn to code for the 3ds and write it yourself. or put a bounty on the program and make sure that you offer enough money for it that others will want to actually conplete the app.
