Hacking Videos not showing up with R4i SDHC 1.4.5?

Hey.

Well, I have 9 games right now, about 4GB+ of music, around 60 pics, and 1 mixtape. Well, I put a video into a folder and it wouldn't show up when I went to "Multimedia". I took it out and just put it in the root, and it still didn't show? I've got the latest firmware, and the right one as well. So, I'm trying to figure out what the problem is.

Convert them to dpg first.

Download, find the folder called dpgenc and then use that to encode videos.
(this encoder has the best quality imo)
(also don't use the "latest" version moonshell use this one.)

Do I put the entire folder into the a moonshell folder, or do I just use the dpgenc application on my PC. When I pull up the application on my PC, all the characters and text looks like it's all encoded. I'll put a picture of what it looks like.

The program is in japanese but your PC isn't displaying it properly for some reason. You might be able to find a translated version or another dpg converter out there, I don't have any links handy though.
