No, it's not possible, the most that would be able to be done would be to record the homebrew itself in low quality.. and how fun would that be?

You can, but emulators dont run all that fast. So have a go, but dont expect much

Yes, just use this save converter: http://www.shunyweb.info/convert.php

The source format is whatever flash card you used, and the target format is RAW (Autodetection)
Make sure you have the No$gba 2.6a emulator, otherwise it'll be a pain.
