Video recording PMP

I need recommendations for a HDD-based portable media player that can also record video.

I need the following:

HDD-based;
A/V recording (audio-in, video-in);
USB host;
possibly a card reader (not necessary).

Do you know of any such devices?
(I know the Archos X05 series can have all that, but with several add-ons, making it harder to lug around than a laptop. )
