Is that the final battle in Peace Walker? I recall having a horrible time with that fight. I broke down and checked online for tips, but the comments were about how easy the battle supposedly was. My problem was that I was doing a completely blind first playthrough, so I didn't have any of the powerful secret stuff. I eventually got through it, but PW didn't dethrone MGS3 as my personal favorite.

EDIT: Judging by @SylverReZ, it's "Extra Ops 118," which is probably much worse than the final battle.

    Yes but there is a huge societal pressure to conform to the norms which in the West are reinforced with religious beliefs while in Japan they are just enforced by old people, but thanks to the declining birth rates and everything, old people are the overwhelming majority so there's no escape.
