Anyone got a video converter (doesn't have to be free) That encodes at 1280x720, in WMV9, and works on Vista?

Install CCCP (or any codec pack) and WinAVI

When encoding a file for it, you can choose whatever codec you want. WMV9, DIVX, XVID, whatever. (And all the setting offered by the codec)

WinAVI works horribly on my PC for some reason unknown.

Anyway, prism is just what I was looking for. VERY fast conversion, good quality, and uses all 4 CPU cores.

And can't have all of the options of something like WinAVI which is basically just a front-end for any codec you can load into it.

Not sure about vista and why anyone would use wmv I do not know but

Free and uses avisynth scripts (if you are not familiar I would suggest something like virtualdubmod or megui to start you off as they can generate basic scripts).
