Vhost in mIRC

How do I setup a vhost in mIRC?

a vHost would be setup by the server SysOP's.

You can tunnel through a shell account or a bnc to change your host "mask".

And how would I do that? I don't know my way around IRC settings. Basically, right now my host id shows my name and school. I want to mask that.
