It's not the best quality, sorry but here is a picture of the new 3ds xl together with my old 3ds xl for comparison.

For future reference, there is no such thing as PAL and NTSC for handhelds like the 3DS have only regions. 3DS has North America/Europe/Japan/China/Korea/Taiwan region consoles available.
