You can inject gb(c) games into gb(c) VC. There is no release yet.

->This method will allow injection to all emulators available as virtual console (NES, GB(C), GBA, I don't know if there are others)
->GB and GBC have the same emulators, so if you have a GB game you'll be able to run GBC games on it
->This method isn't ready yet, but soon will be

1) GBA injection isn't possible but NES, GB, and Genesis (maybe) is possible. This is only for GB(C) though.
2) You can inject GB and GBC games into GBC VC but only GB games into GB VC.
3) Correct.

Oh, thanks for answering! Too bad I don't have any GBC games and I'm not planing to update, so I can't access eShop :/
