Yes there are, at least on the US eShop. There are several:

1. 3D Altered Beast
2. 3D Ecco the Dolphin
3. 3D Shinobi III
4. 3D Sonic The Hedgehog
5. 3D Streets of Rage

I remember when I could inject VC games.
I think with browserhax is not possible, because the browserhax has nothing to do with that old exploit.

EDIT: Will this allow us to insert the ROM into the VC application, and let it remain there so that after a reboot I can just launch the VC game and load, say, Pokémon Crystal instead of Kirby's Adventure?

Kirby's Adventure is an NES game(pretty sure you'd need to inject a GBC VC game), and also a 3D classic which I believe is different from a VC game.

It uses 3D Sonic the Hedgehog 2, so search "3d sonic the hedgehog 2 rom injection"? Any ISO site links relating to 3DS will work, I think the first 2 links?

Question: Did you modify/adapt on any way the "code.bin" file for BrowserHax or is just the same used for SpiderHax VC injection method?

Little mods but nothing special.

I caught a shiny Geodude on the first route area of the game (!) on Pokemon Crystal, via injecting from Mario Golf. I'd really love to continue and/or extract that save.
Also, I promised /r/PokemonQRCodes that QR Code injection to XYORAS might be revived thanks to all this exploit stuff... really don't wanna disappoint them.
