That's the theory.
I haven't messed much with rom hacks in hans yet, but if we can inject through browserhax fine in userland I see no reason we couldn't inject through hans romhacks.

He was suspended and then started posting on an obvious dupe account (Rick from R&M avatar), looks like they nuked his dupe account and banned his main.
