    Ok heres my problem vista makes my frame rate go to like 200 % so when i jump in MMZ i die becuase im going so fast is there a way to stablize VBA ?

    I assume you are not hitting the speed button.

    Under options there is frame skip, I set mine to zero and under the throttle options none.

    Oh and if you are on vista I assume you have a halfway decent machine, you might be interested in kode54's builds (sse2 support as well as 7zip amongst other nice things, browse down for some links):

    Why not just set the throttle to 100%, to stop the frame rate going higher than that? Instant fix.

    Normally I would be it always seems jerky when I do that.
