Gaming variations in the eshop in different countries!

does anyone know if it's the same games that are available in all PAL countries (via eshop)? contents differ a little as an example; in Germany the Nintendo news comes out every week and in Britain, they have a 3d trailer of a movie. Does anyone know any more variety?
